First Stroke Swim School is Charlotte, NC Area's #1 provider of mobile swim lessons nationwide. We are currently seeking Swim Instructors for Spring/Summer 2023 and beyond! We're looking for Swim Coaches to teach lessons at clients' home and community pools right away. Instructors get to set your own schedule and choose the lessons you would like to teach. Earn up $60/hour while having fun in the sun!
If you are reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently, have at least 2 seasons experience, a dependable vehicle, CPR/First Aid ceritifcation, and love kids, you could be a great water safety instructor for First Stroke Swim School! Now, you need to fill out the application, participate in a short interview, pass a background and reference check, and you could be part of Charlotte, NC Area's prestigious First Stroke Swim School team! You'll earn more, learn more and get more when you join the brand leader.

SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
As an independent contractor, First Stroke Swim School does not set your schedule. Work the days and times you want. First Stroke Swim School handles all your students' customer service needs, billing, and pays you directly.
COMPETITIVE PAY
Earn $38-$60/hr based upon each lesson package and location in addition to bonuses and other incentives. Also enjoy easy payments with direct deposit.
FOCUS ON TEACHING
We'll look after finding students for you. Work part-time, full-time, or just the hours you want.
